MEET YOUR COACH

Dr. Bindu Swaroop is a physician leader, educator, and mentor with over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership and academic medicine.



She has led physician teams, developed educational programs, and mentored physicians across all stages of their careers. Her work focuses on helping physicians build leadership skills in areas such as communication, emotional intelligence, and team leadership.


Through Doctor to Leader, she coaches physicians navigating leadership roles, career transitions, and the challenge of building sustainable, meaningful careers in medicine.


Dr. Swaroop provides coaching in her personal capacity and independently of any government agency or healthcare institution.
